The ICTeSSH 2020 conference offers a variety of sponsorship options to help support our mission as well as to promote your ICT brands, products and services. You can find the ICTeSSH 2020 conference sponsorship options listed below. Please take a few moments to consider the level of support you could offer and the value of the benefits we provide. The deadline for application for sponsorship is 1^st June 2020.

The ICTeSSH 2020 conference is a virtual conference where stakeholders come together for an open discussion to talk about the changing research ecosystem in SSH fields in the digital age, due to the extremely fast development of ICT. The conference aims to bring together leading SSH researchers, computer scientists, informaticians, publishers, librarians, vendors of research ICT tools, SSH decision makers and others, to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of ICT enhanced Social Sciences and Humanities, as well as to discuss promising new ideas and identify new potential collaborators. We anticipate up to 500 people could attend the conference from many countries around the world.

An important component of the conference is a ICT products session, where sponsors can demonstrate their products and its application to SSH. After this session an ICT tools quiz with prizes will be organized for ICTeSSH 2020 attendees. In addition, there are opportunities for sponsors to participate in the conference during plenary and breakout sessions, as well as through advertising and distribution of your promotional materials through banner displayed in web conference tool. The ICTeSSH conference is a fantastic venue for you to reach out to your customers worldwide. Please consider showing your support by sponsoring this important event. Prices for sponsorship packages in the table below are expressed per attendee, and although we are targeting up to 500 attendees, prices of sponsorship packages are limited to 120 attendees, meaning price for a sponsorship package is the same for 120 and any higher number of attendees, but it is decreased in the case there is less than 120 attendees at the conference. Registration will be closed at the end of May 2020. Sponsors should pay half of its sponsorship based on the number of registered attendees before the beginning of the ICTeSSH 2020 conference. After the conference, we will provide the official attendance list to sponsors. Sponsors will have 30 days after receiving this list to pay the rest of sponsorship.
